Terms and
Conditions These terms and conditions form part of an “Ace Aquatics” placement agreement with you or your
company/business., to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. All references to “us”, “our”, and” we”
means Ace Aquatics. Our Placement Services Ace aquatics agree to source potential employees with the
required qualifications and pass on relevant information to employer to make
arrangements. A placement is
officially contracted with full fees to be paid in advance. Due at the successful
appointment. There is no minimum
number of contacts ace aquatics will supply. A single placement is $80
however, Our Placement package entitles a client to a maximum of 4
placements or the time frame of a 12 month period. Please note we offer a
fully refundable 3 month guarantee if we are not able to secure a placements. Payment All payments must be made in full prior to engaging services (
No part payments) Payments can be made by pay pal, Direct Debit Billing,
Credit cards and visa or by/visa, cash. All receipts will be issued by mail. Satisfaction term If you choose to terminate your placement within 7 days of the
appointment, provide we require a submitted written request within the 7 days
period, stating the reasons for the cancellation a full refund will be
forwarded for single placements.
Membership placements will be credited with an extra placement. If no
notification is given to Ace Aquatic within this allotted time period, no
eligible for a refund or credit will apply. Canceling 12 months Membership I confirm by
signing below that I have read understood and accepted the terms and
conditions following this form. I agree that these terms and conditions form
part of my agreement with ace aquatics.
